Even if those social networking sites have a “nofollow” attribute that should not deter anyone from posting a link. Many people who visit your profile can still see it and visit your site. So in the end its not all too bad.

Social media sites like twitter would be so much more desirable and useful if they allowed dofollow links. By eliminating dofollow the only real advantage to social media is the quantity of traffic it can generate. Yes I agree. From social networking sites like twitter we can get visitor for your site but search engines will not crawl and give rankings. Nice articles about no-follow. Thanks…

I use a simple plug for firefox to tell if it's no follow or do follow...really useful. You should make this blog do follow!
