vBulletin Services
The current vBulletin Services that I’ll be bid on are; “vBulletin Optimizations” or “vBulletin installs/upgrades“. Please email me if you need help with your forum
The rest of this post is a copy for the services page I had on vBulletinSetup, I’ve since sold the site and I need to edit this version but I don’t have time right now. I only have time for 2 things right now and that is vBulletin Optimizations and fresh installs or upgrading help..
The rest you’ll see below is what I offered for 3 years.
Hello, my name is Brandon Sheley, (former)owner of vBulletinSetup.com
I’ve been offering Professional vBulletin Services since June of 2006 and had been running forums for a couple years before that. I made this site to offer free vBulletin help in the forums and a place to consolidate all the wonderful info on the web about vBulletin. I suggest you check out our SEO and our vBulletin Questions categories before going any further. I’ll list off what I can offer later in this post, but if I can’t do it, I know someone that is reliable and trustworthy, that can.
Within 10 days of buying this domain, we were able to get the top position on Google for 1 of our keywords.
In our first 4 months, we hit 30,000’s in Alexa.
Along with on-site SEO, you must also do off-site SEO. This involves building relevant back-links to your site. Check out our latest accomplishment “vBSetup hit 100,000 links“.
I offer the following services:
vbSetup
- Installation and maintenance for vB Hacks
vbOptimize
- Full on-site SEO optimization
vbConsult
- Site evaluation and recommendations for increasing market share
vbBackLinks
- Locate back-link opportunities for your niche and make recommendations for Link Bait
vbRepair
- Fix any code or database errors on your vB Site
vbCustomize
- Hacks custom-programmed for your site
You can see a short list of our Past Clients; we also have several Testimonials listed on the forum. Email me and as much detail as you can give, I’ll then be able to estimate the amount of time for the job.
Estimates are available upon request.

I am interested in improving the traffic at my site and establishing a budget to do so. There are many things wrong with the site but when I contracted to have the site built I knew even less than I know now about what a good site might look like and the functionality I would want . In all fairness to the developer I only spent a bit over one thousand dollars and the purpose of the site was to sell a few products and learn. Well I have yet to sell anything but I am learning that you either need to compete or get out of internet e-commerce. So far I have written ezine articles, joined paid and free directories (v7 included) and I submit questions to many forums. What I really need is a good plan with an experienced SEO to help implement it. Any thoughts on what a moderate budget might cost and whether you would be interested.
Thank you,
Travis Medley
Is this possible and if so, would like to find someone to do it ASAP:
Just had a site built in Drupal and even though the possibility of having a pretty sweet community (IE Pop Sugar), the odds of finding a tech who can use the modules and open source end of Drupal to mimic that is almost impossible.
So….
I am looking to use VBulletin since there is a module to sync the Drupal end with it. My main question is, can you have it where blog posts from the VB blog feature are synced with the forum? Meaning if someone makes a blog post, it could be tagged to go into a forum post also? I know on the Community Server open source you can have it where the blogs are synced into the forum posts. Is this possible on VB?
Also, with the mods that are out there, will they all work if the VBulletin is synced with Drupal or will I run into compatibility issues? If so (can’t use the mods), would it make sense to host VB on a sub-domain and just use the Drupal site for content and the VB as a community?
Thanks in advance.

Just updating this, which I'll update the actual post as well, but I'm slowly taking on a few upgrades and optimization. With the vBulletin 4.0 release, I've had a dozen or so clients already contact me asking when I can work on their sites. So until time is an issue, I'll be taking on 1 or 2 clients a week.

My forum broke over the holidays and I was having a heck of a time trying to get it fixed. I'm so glad I found Brandon. He answered my email right away and fixed the forum within 24 hours of my initial query. I'm so happy to have found him and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Vbulletin expert.
